To address this, the Agricultural Model Exchange Initiative (AMEI) provides a centralized, modular framework with platform-independent model specifications and algorithms. CyML standardizes algorithm expression, while CyMLT automatically translates code into multiple languages and platforms, improving interoperability, reuse, and reproducibility of process-based models.
